It’s a free-size shirt. I usually wear a medium in regular shirts, and it fits perfectly. I’m also a 36DDD. It has some stretch, so it’s not too tight, but if I had a larger chest than I do, it wouldn’t fit as well. The only complaint I have is that they don’t sell them in individual sizes.
